About
I have been passionate about promoting mental health since I was in high school. This led me to cultivate many experiences that have helped me grow as a psychiatrist, a therapist and a person. My dedication to the world of psychiatry, particularly child and adolescent psychiatry, began with my involvement in The American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) during medical school, researching Pediatric Bipolar Disorder and ADHD and presenting it at the AACAP Annual Meeting. AACAP has remained a major part of my career and I continue to stay active in the organization.
I live in the Valley with my family and enjoy playing/watching sports, reading, and keeping up with exciting technological advances in this area. I am also multi-lingual and speak Urdu and Hindi fluently.
